3. Write briefly about different strains of pathogenic fungi that infect skin. Explain

5. Write the procedure for the preparation of Leishman’s stain and reagents for blood counts. 16

8. Draw a labelled diagram of mammalian parathyroid gland. Discuss the hormones secreted by the parathyroid gland and their functions.
