(b) Explain the various features of the Plantation Act, 1951.

(c) Explain the salient features of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947.

(d) Analyze the significance of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976.

(e) Explain prominent provisions of the Miscellaneous Act, 1952.

(f) Briefly discuss the role of the Indian Constitution in labour legislation.

(g) Explain the relevant provisions of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 which lead workers to financial strength.

(h) What is minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages Act, 1948?

(g) “Amenities and services enhance the physical efficiency of workers.” Elaborate this statement.

(i) What are the obstacles on implementing labour laws in India? Explain in detail.
